Rates below are for the Deluxe Room category:
Departing from Calgary:
- $1893.00 per person based on double occupancy
- $1823.00 per person based on triple occupancy
Departing from Regina:
- $1853.00 per person based on double occupancy
- $1773.00 per person based on triple occupancy
We are holding a total of 28 seats for this group, 18 from Calgary and 10 from Regina. All seats that are not reserved with a deposit will be released back into inventory by October 2, 2013.
To book your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of $250.00 per person is due no later than August 30, 2013. Final payment and full names, birth dates and rooming list is due no later than October 15, 2013.
If the final payment deadline is missed by anyone in the group, the Early Booking Bonus (EBB) is forfeited and the price will increase by $130 per person for double occupancy and $120 per person based on triple occupancy.
The above rates are based on a minimum of 10 guests. Should the group fall below the minimum number, the rate will revert to the published brochure rate at the time the booking was made.
